It is possible to make purchases through the PAYPAL systems, Credit Card (Stripe) and in the countries enabled in installments with the ScalaPay system that guarantee a simple, fast and secure payment. CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal. In the event of cancellation or return of the order, the amount paid will be credited back to the account used for payment. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Carofiglio Junior SRL will charge the customer for any additional costs incurred for the return of the unaccepted order.

The prices published on the site, payments and invoices for orders are in Euros.
Prices are inclusive of VAT in European Union countries while for non-European countries they DO NOT include VAT and Customs Duties.

The safety tag must be intact and still attached to the items to be returned. The garments must not be dirty, damaged or altered in any way and must not have any sign of use. The sole of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not show signs of any kind.

Each garment must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.

As required by the laws governing trade, all CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM shipments are accompanied by official invoice stating the value of individual items in Euro. For items in the balance of the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Rejected Package
The non-acceptance of the order corresponds to the acceptance of shipping costs and any customs duties.

Returns
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. The costs of return unless otherwise specified are charged to the consumer art. 67 paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code including customs duties if due that will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Instructions for Return
To request authorization to return it is necessary to access the section "My Orders", enter your account details or e-mail address and order number. Select your order details and the items to be returned and follow the instructions.

Refund
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouses CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM and the items will be verified.
For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be refunded to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation will not be refunded.

Returns must be shipped inside the CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM box.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in shipments by CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM, it is required to follow the same instructions above. CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.

Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

Returns authorized by CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself, the costs will be canceled from the refund.

CAROFIGLIOJUNIOR.COM also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will remain available to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns, however, entails a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
